Our Approach

We are a diverse group of experienced pastors, musicians, and doctoral-level educators who cultivate moments of rest and renewal for church teams, Para-church professionals, and non-profit organizations of all sizes. As a wide network of spiritual advisors, we offer services to members that help facilitate respite for Sunday services; ministry training towards worship, pastoring, and inner healing; and moments of retreat and rest to physically, emotionally, and spiritually reconnect with Jesus.

AIWR team members are available to travel domestically and internationally to conduct retreats. Our team members are located on the east and west coasts of the US, which includes the New York Tri-State area, Northeast OH, California’s Bay area, and the Great Lakes Region.
